Yinka Sulaiman’s BAND OF THERAPY FOR CRISIS PREVENTION. It’s A Buffet. Therapeutic Too.

YINKAS-BAND-CARNIVAL-NO-PHONE-#-Sept (2016_04_23 01_15_25 UTC)When the going gets tough and circumstances of life stares you in the face (as we all shall experience at one time and another in life). Instead of turning to drugs, alcohol and other vices, there are are other better ways to deal with it. It includes among among others, telling us about your life and we will package therapeutic vocals and chants around your PERSONAL STORY, EXPERIENCES AND STYLES, in way to soothe your mood any way you want it. Your “ORIKI IDILE” and that of your PERSONALITY can do THERAPEUTIC WONDERS WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH. We also can turn your old pictures and images into fantastic package to help RE-LIVE MEMORABLE PAST to get you through whatever blues of the moment. You have to invest in documenting and protecting your memorable events in life, most especially the many family miles stones. If you have not been doing that then you should start. talk to us. We do those for less. It is like saving for the rainy days. DOCUMENT AND PROTECT THE PAST. IT COULD HEAL THE FUTURE!

Now back to our small talk. I said  among others, turn to your old pictures or images. Re live the past. Remember how you have survived to date. Then you will realize that you are tougher than you give yourself credit for. “It too  (the circumstances of life that is weighing you down presently) shall pass” Find your type of song and dance. Bust into rhymes. If you have family song, historical rhymes (oriki idile ) on tape or CD again, if you don’t have one then talk to us. We’ll put it together for you for less. You’ll be glad you did.) So slot it in and dance. Find some of my talks and songs play it and listen to it. Again understand that “it too shall pass” like the bird in the sky. Hard times are for a short while- to teach us certain lessons and soon as lessons are learned the problems disappears. Don’t let your system go into shock. Sometimes if you cool calm yourself, give yourself time to ruminate on the issue, the problem may bring it’s own solution when you least expect. Aren’t no need to do the unthinkable or get into drugs and booze. Find me. There are ways to live your life to the fullest spite of all odds. Believe me.  YINKA SULAIMAN RUTH SONGS, TALKS & IMAGES  – SIMPLY THERAPEUTIC! FOR CRISIS PREVENTION.

Now between you and me? I am managing such circumstances presently with PRAYERS, MEDITATION, SUPPLICATION AND NETWORKING WITH FAMILY MEMBERS. Dance of life can be hard sometimes but we don’t have any choice. We have to keep dancing until God says it is over. So we have to manage it the best we can. MAY GOD HELP US ALL. AMEN.

AT THE RISK OF IT ALL SOUNDING UNPROFESSIONAL AND IMPERFECT, I’M PUTTING OUT ALL THESE SONGS FROM MY CLOSET. SOME CAN BE SO IMMATURE AS TO NOT FOCUS ON THE REAL MESSAGE IN THE SONG/S. THOSE I SAY “SWIM ON PLEASE AND THANK YOU.” IT IS OK FOR EVERYTHING NOT TO BE PERFECT INITIALLY. PLEASE FOCUS ON THE MESSAGE/S IN THIS SONG AND THE OTHERS. “EGUNJE” IS A COIN WORD FOR “BRIBE” IN MY DIALECT.

“CRY OF THE GIRL CHILD” THIS SONG IS ABOUT THE PLIGHT OF THE GIRL CHILD IN SOME PARTS OF THE WORLD CAREFULLY HIDDEN AWAY FROM PRYING EYES. WRITTEN IN 1983/84. I WAS A YOUNG 6TH GRADE VILLAGE TEACHER IN THE HINTER LANDS OF NIGERIA. ONE OF MY VERY BRILLIANT STUDENTS -BOLANLE- SUDDENLY STOPPED COMING TO SCHOOL AND UPON INQUIRY WE REALIZED SHE HAD BEEN MARRIED OFF TO ONE OLD MAN IN A NEARBY VILLAGE WHO COULD AFFORD HER DOWRY. I WAS PERPLEXED, DISTRAUGHT AND DEJECTED. THE GIRL WAS VERY GIFTED. BACK IN THE DAY NOTHING YOU COULD DO IN SUCH MATTERS. ONE CAN GET VOODOOED OR CURSED IF ONE GETS IN THE WAY OF WHAT THEY SAW AS PROGRESS FOR THE YOUNG GIRL. SO I JUST WROTE ON SOME PAPER WHAT I THOUGHT MIGHT BE GOING THROUGH THE POOR GIRLS MIND AS IT CAME TO ME.. I KNEW SHE HAD DREAMS AND ASPIRATIONS OF BECOMING SOMEBODY BECAUSE I HEARD HER TALK ABOUT IT. MAY SOUND SOME HOW BUT THIS WAS HOW I PUT IT BACK THEN. NOW GUYS TRY MAKE SOME TUNES OR SONG OUT OF IT FOR EASY READ OR LISTENING. THIS IS FOR YOU BOLANLE. WHEREVER YOU MAY BE.
